TRADITIONAL SAUNA

Our Traditional Sauna offers an authentic, time-honored heat therapy experience. Heated by electric elements overlayed with rocks, the sauna provides intense, dry heat that helps to open pores, flush out toxins, and rejuvenate the skin. CONTRAST THERAPY

Our Ice Bath is designed to be used in conjunction with the Traditional Sauna for an invigorating contrast therapy experience. How it works

An infrared sauna uses light to create heat, unlike a traditional sauna that uses steam or heated rocks to heat the air around you. The infrared light gives off what’s known as ‘infrared radiant heat’ which penetrates your skin, deep into your tissues, muscles and cells, producing a detoxifying sweat and dissolves harmful substances accumulated in your body.
Our traditional sauna heats with hot rocks, often referred to as a Finnish sauna, is a time-honored method of relaxation and wellness. The core of our traditional sauna is is an electric heater which is topped with a pile of special sauna rocks. These rocks are specifically chosen for their ability to withstand high temperatures and retain heat. When the heater warms the rocks, they absorb and store the heat. Our traditional sauna is set to 80-90 degrees Celsius, if you prefer a more intense sauna session we highly recommend our traditional sauna.
Contrast Therapy at our studio consist of traditional sauna and cold plunge. Placed for your convenience in the same room, you can book either 30 min or 45 minutes session in our private room. Hygiene is of utmost importance to both our establishment and community. To maintain our high standards, we request that you follow these guidelines:
- Initiate your session with the sauna, then shower to cleanse, and conclude with an Ice Bath immersion for no longer than 3 minutes.
- Swimwear is required in the Ice Bath/Immersion tub.
- Rinsing before entering the Ice Bath is compulsory, even when undergoing multiple cycles.
